1A Line - Service will be operated between Mondawmin and Fort McHenry along the current 1 Line. See M-4 Line for northern alignment.
2A Line - Route would be extended from Catonsville terminus NB/Rolling Rd to Security Square Mall and Social Security.
3 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 3A Line - Short service to Northwood would be taken over by an extension of the 31 Line. Convert some afternoon express trips to locals. The south end of the 3 Line would be rerouted as follows: from Hopkins Plaza & Redwood St, S/Hopkins Pl, R/Lombard St, L/Howard St, R/Conway St, L/Howard St (stopping at Camden Station), R/Lee St, L/Russell St, R/Bayard St, L/Ridgely St, L/Bush St, L/Russell St, R/Haines St, L/Warner St terminus. Returning: S/Warner St, L/Bayard St, R/Russell St, R/Lee St, L/Howard St, R/Conway St, L/Howard St, R/Pratt St, L/Charles St, then follow current route to Shepard Pratt terminus.
- 3B Line - Current Hillendale service will be extended to Greyhound terminal along the same alignment extension from Redwood St south as described above for the 3A route.
- 3X Line - From Camden Station terminus, follow the route of the proposed 3A Line to Charles Street, then follow the current 3 Line express route to the Cromwell Bridge terminus.
4 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 4A Line would operate the regular route of the current 4 Line from White Marsh to Turner's Station. Loop through Turners Station and come back out Main St and Sollers Point Rd. Then L/Sollers Point Rd, L/Broening Hwy, R/Key Bridge Access Rd, S/Key Bridge to Quarantine Rd, exit R/Hawkins Point Rd, L/Ordinance Rd, S/Furnace Branch Rd, R/Baltimore & Annapolis Blvd, L/Camp Meade Rd, R/into North Linthicum LR Station. Exit Station, L/Camp Meade Rd, L/Baltimore & Annapolis Blvd, S/Annapolis Rd, R/Patapsco Ave, R/Patapsco LR Station terminus. Return along same routing.
- 4B Line would operate on the same routing as the 4A, but via Yellow Brick Rd diversion.
5 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 5A Line would operate from Mondawmin Metro Station, following the route of the current 7 line along the Paca/Green corridor to the Baltimore/Fayette corridor, then follow the current route of the 5 line via the Central Ave and the Preston/Biddle corridor to Cedonia Ave and Hazelwood Ave. then R/Hazelwood, S/Golden Ring, Rd R/Kenwood Ave, L/Philadelphia Rd. It would then follow the current route of the 35 Line to White Marsh Mall via Essex Community College.
- 5B Line would be short service of the 5A Line following the route of the 24 Line to Franklin Square Hospital.
- 5C Line should follow the alignment of the 5A and the 5B described above to Preston St and Central Ave then follow the current route of the 5 line Federal St. Branch to the Federal St T.
- Service via Johns Hopkins Hospital and Paterson Park Ave is now served by the new 52 Line.
7 Line - Consolidated into the 5 and 11 Lines.
8A Line - All service at the north end would terminate at Towson Courthouse or Lutherville Station. Stella Maris service would be part of 11A Line. Hunt Valley service would be served by the 9L Line. International Circle and Highlands would be served by the R-92A Line. Between Towson Courthouse and Lutherville Station the bus route would use York Rd instead of Fairmount Ave and Dulaney Valley Rd. Service on the south end would be extended to the Greyhound Bus Station from West Fayette St, as follows: S/Fayette St, L/Greene St, S/Russell St, R/Bayard St, L/Ridgely St, L/Bush St, L/Russell St, R/Haines St, L/Warner St terminus. Returning: S/Warner St, L/Bayard St, R/Russell St, S/Paca St, R/Baltimore St. Then follow the current route of the 8 Line to Towson.
9L Line - All day limited service between U of MD Transit Center and Hunt Valley via Baltimore St, L/Calvert St, L/University Pkwy, R/St Paul St, R/Charles St, R/Northern Pkwy, L/York Rd, then follow current route of the 8 Line to Hunt Valley terminus. Returning to Bedford Sq, then L/St Paul St, R/Fayette St, L/Martin Luther King Blvd, L/Baltimore St, to U of MD Transit Center terminus. The 9L line would operate in limited mode from North Ave to Cross Campus Dr making intermediate stops at: 25th St, 29th St, 33rd St, University Pkwy, Bedford Sq, Cold Spring La, Homeland Ave, Charles St, St. Albans Wy, Charles & Northern Pkwy, Northern Pkwy & St. Albans, Spring Lake Wy, Bellona Ave, Northern Pkwy & York Rd, Lake Ave, Drum Castle Center, Regester Ave, and Stevenson La. NOTE: A new Route 92A will operate between International Circle and Highlands Business Park via Hunt Valley Station.
10 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 10A Line would operate from Mondawmin Station, following the current route of the 5 Line to North Ave and Eutaw Pl, then L/Eutaw Pl, S/Eutaw St to the Pratt/Lombard Corridor, then follow current 10 Line route via Broadway to Bullneck Rd.
- 10B Line would operate the same as 10A Line described above, but follows the current 10 Line route to Sparrows Point Shipyard Circle.
There would no longer be service on this line along President St. The Inverness branch would now be served by the 11B Line.
11 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 11A Line would operate from Stella Maris following the current 8 Line route to Goucher College, then following the current 11 Line route (bypassing GBMC), going via the Rodgers Forge Routing to the Preston/Biddle Corridor, then R/Preston St, S/Dolphin St, L/Eutaw St, to Pratt/Lombard Corridor, then L/Pratt St, R/President St, L/Fleet St, R/Central Ave, L/Aliceanna St, R/Boston St, L/Lakewood Ave, R/O’Donnell St, R/through Travel Plaza, exiting L/Boston St. R/Broening Hwy, L/Holabird Ave, to Dundalk Ave, then follow current 20 Line route to Dundalk Community College terminus. Returning using Exeter St, Lombard St, Eutaw St, Biddle St, and Charles St.
- 11B Line service from Lutherville Station use the alignment of the former 8 Line express route, through Kurtz Ave, to Charles St and Bellona Ave. Then follow the Charles St branch of the current 11 Line route via GBMC to the Preston/Biddle Corridor, then follow the 11A Line route, as described above, to Holabird Ave and Dundalk Ave. Then follow the route of the current 10 Line to Inverness.
Ruxton service along Bellona Ave will now be served by the 105 Line. Service along Washington Blvd will now be provided by the 36A and 36B lines.
12A Line - From Mondawmin Metro Station follow the current route of the 7 Line to Penn-North Metro Station, then L/North Ave, R/Maryland Ave, L/Lanvale St, L/Calvert St, R/North Ave, R/Wolf St, R/Aliceanna St to Exeter St terminus. Returning via Washington St, St Paul St, and Charles St. Boston St is now served by the 11A and 11B Lines
13 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 13A Line service would follow the current 91 Line route from the Sinai Hospital terminus to Walbrook Jct, then follow the current 13 Line Canton branch to terminus.
- 13B Line service would go from Social Security to Lower Canton, as it does now.
14 Line – Changes are as follows:
- 14A Line would operate to Annapolis via Ritchie Highway. Short service to Jumpers Hole Rd.
- 14B Line would operate to Annapolis via Anne Arundel Community College.
- 14C Line would operate to Jumpers Hole Rd via Quarterfield Center.
Baymeadow Industrial Park would no longer be served by the 14 line. It would now be served by the 4 line.
15 Line - Westbound service would terminate at Windsor Hills. Service beyond that point would be converted to Metro connection routes. See that section for route descriptions. Further changes are as follows:
- 15A Line service would go eastbound along the current route of the 15 Line to Saratoga and Arlington, and then S/Arlington, L/Baltimore-Fayette Corridor, L/Gay St, S/Ensor St, R/Monument-Madison Corridor, L/Broadway and then follow the current route of the 15 Line to Overly and Whiter Marsh terminus. There would no longer be Gardenville short service.
- 15B Line would operate from Windsor Mills terminus following the same route as the 15A Line, as described above, to Belair Rd and Erdman Ave then R/Erdman Ave, L/Manasota, R/Bowley’s La, L/Sinclair La, L/Goodnow Rd to terminus. Returning S/Goodnow Rd, L/Gunther Ave, R/Bowley’s La and continue on same route back into downtown.
Perry Hall service would now be served by 400 series buses through White Marsh Park & Ride along U.S. Route 1 in Harford and Cecil Counties.
16A Line - All service remains identical to current 16 line.
17 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 17A Line service from Parkway Center & BWI Airport would continue through Patapsco Station, exiting R/Patapsco Ave to Hanover St, then following the current route of the 64 Line to Energy Parkway and Rivera Beach.
- 17B Line service would operate from Anne Arundel County via Airport 100 Park through Patapsco Station and along same alignment as 17A Line, then following route of the current 64 Line to Curtis & Spruce terminus.
18L Line - This new all-day limited service will start in local mode at Goucher Blvd & Taylor Ave then follow the current route of the 19 Goucher & Talylor service to Northern Pkwy & McLean then S/McLean, R/Woodbourne Ave, L/Perring Parkway, then making limited stops only Echodale Ave, Cold Spring La, Argonne Dr, Roundhill Rd, Kennewick Rd, 35th St, 33rd St, 31st St, Harford Rd, R/Harford Rd making stops at Alameda, Gorsuch Ave, 35th Sr, R/25th St stopping at Aisquith St, Kirk Ave, Loch Raven Blvd, Greenmount Ave, Calvert St, St. Paul St, Charles St, L/Howard St, stopping at 25th St, 23rd St, North Ave, then back to local service, then take Howard/Eutaw corridor to Camden St then L/Camden St, R/Howard Sr, R/Conway St, to Camden Station T. Returning: via Howard St.
19 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 19A Line - From Carney terminus, follow route of 19 line to Forrest St and Ensor St, then follow current route of 15 line to Paca/Greene corridor, then L/Greene St, S/Russell St, then follow current route of 27 line through Cherry Hill to Port Covington terminus.
- 19B Line - From Overlea Loop, formerly on 19 Line, go WB on Northern Parkway to Harford Rd, then L/Harford Rd, then follow same route as 19A described above to Cherry Hill via Multi-Purpose Center. Goucher/Taylor bridge now served by 18A. The 27 line will no longer go to Cherry Hill and Port Covington, instead it will go to Inner Harbor East.
- 19C Line - Same service on the north end as the current Joppa Heights service and, south of 32nd St, then follow route of 19A and 19B Lines to Russell and Hamburg Sts, then follow route of the proposed 3A Line to the Greyhound Terminal.
20 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 20A Line service would operate from Security Square Mall to Dundalk with short service to Holabird Industrial Park.
- 20B Line would operate from Social Security to Maryland Transportation Authority with short service to Dundalk Marine Terminal.
- 20X Line would operate from Dundalk T to Dundalk Ave and I-95, then take I-95 to Key Highway exit, R/Key Highway, R/Light St, S/Calvert St, L/Fayette St, to MLK T. Reverse routing via Baltimore St/St. Paul St. and Light St. Dundalk Community College will now be served the 11A line.
21A Line - Same as current 21 Line.
22A Line - Same as current 22 Line.
23 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 23A Line would follow the existing 23 line from Edmondson Village to Eastpoint Mall.
- 23B Line would follow the current 23 line from Wildwood Parkway T to Bayview Medical T. All service on the current 23 east of Eastpoint Mall will be served by the new 26A, 26B, and 26C. All service on the current 23 west of Edmondson and Swann Ave will be served by the new number 72L.
24 Line - will be discontinued. Service will be provided by the 35A Line.
26 Line - The 26A, 26B, and 26C will be all-day limited service buses. Changes are as follows:
- 26A Line would operate from Pulaski Industrial Park T follow current alignment of 23 Line to Eastern Ave and North Point Blvd, making all local stops, then R/North Point Blvd making stops at Baltimore Road, Rolling Mill Rd and Quad Ave, then S/Erdman Ave stopping at Debelouis Ave, and Maple Ave, then going WB onto Pulaski Highway stopping at Monument St, R/Monument St, stopping at Haven St, Highland Ave, then R/Madison St stopping at Edison Highway, Lakewood Ave, Milton Ave, Patterson Park Ave, Washington St, Wolfe St, Broadway, Caroline St, Central Ave, then L/Ensor St, then making all local stops, then L/Exeter St, R/Orleans St, then take Charles/St. Paul corridor, L./St. Paul Pl, S/St. Paul St, S/Light St, then take Pratt/Lombard corridor, L/Carey St, L/Ramsey to Mt. Claire Junction Shopping Center T. Returning: via Pratt St, Charles St, and Monument St. Short service to Middle River loop.
- 26B Line would operate from Fox Ridge T follow current route of 23 line to Eastern Ave and North Point Blvd making all local stops, then follow alignment of line 26A exactly as described above.
- 26C Line would operate from Wilson Point T follow current route of 23 line via Hawthorne to Eastern Ave and North Point Blvd, then follow route of line 26A and 26B exactly as described above.
27A Line - Service on the Roland Avenue branch is now transferred to the 61A. From Reisterstown Plaza Station, follow current route of 27 Line, via Falls Road, to Lexington St, then follow current route of 19 Line to Saratoga and Gay St, then follow the current route of 91 Line to Fallsway terminus. Returning: via Guilford Ave, South St, Lombard St, and Howard St.
29 Line - will be discontinued. Service by 19B, 19C, and 65A Lines.
31 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 31A Line would operate from Halethorpe Industrial Park to Halethorpe MARC station via UMBC. Service to Leeds Ave will be by the 31C Line. All buses will operate via Maiden choice. Once buses enter the UMBC campus, they will not enter the parking lot but will circle Ring Rd in order to connect with Route 77 buses. This route will follow the current 31 line alignment to Baltimore St and follow the current 3 line alignment to Loch Raven Blvd and Cold Spring Lane, then R/Coldspring Lane, L/Hillen Rd, L/Hillen Rd, L/Hartsdale Rd. Returning: via current 3 line routing to Baltimore St and then continuing along current 31 routing to southern terminus route described above for NB trip.
- 31B Line would operate from St. Paul St and Lafayette Ave follow route of 31A as described above to Wilkens Ave and Dukeland St then via Crossroads Industrial Park and Maiden Choice to Blind Industries and then Beltway Business Park bypassing UMBC. Returning: via same route along Pratt St and Charles St to Charles St and North Ave, then R/North Ave, R/St. Paul St to St. Paul St and Lafayette Ave T.
- 31C Line would follow route of 31B Line to Wilkens Ave and Leeds Ave, then follow current Leeds Ave service to Halethorpe Industrial Park, during rush hours only.
33A Line - Buses will operate from Eastpoint Mall T to Security Square mall via Lochearn. Buses will travel west on Eastern Ave to I-95N to the Moravia Rd exit at which time they will assume the current 33 route to Rogers Station. Once buses leave Rogers station, they will turn right on Wabash Ave L/Northern Parkway R/Liberty Rd L/Essex Rd, R/Windsor Mill Rd, L/Featherbed Lane, R/Dogwood Rd, L/Belmont Ave into Security Square Mall to the bus stop on the west side of the theater.
35 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 35A Line - Service to Hazelwood Loop will now be served by the 5A and 5B. Line instead. The 35 Line will no longer serve Franklin Square Hospital, Essex Community College, or White Marsh. Eastbound buses on Philadelphia Rd. at Rossville Blvd. will turn right on Rossville Blvd. following the current route of the 24 Line to Whispering Woods. Service on the 35A will not serve Armstead Gardens.
- 35B Line would follow the existing 35 to Armstead Gardens to Marshfield Business Park. Short service will service Rosedale Industrial Park.
- 35C Line would serve Chesaco Park.
36 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 36A Line would operate on the current 36 alignment along the Baltimore/Fayette corridor and then follow the alignment of the current 11 route to Riverview T. operate to Halethorpe Industrial Park/Blind Industries over the current Route 11 alignment.
- 36B Line would operate from the current 36 Woodbourne/Tunbridge T along the same alignment as the 36A to Hammond’s Ferry Rd and Hollins Ferry Road and then into Blind Industries/Halethorpe Industrial Park with short service to Monroe St and Gable Ave.
- 36C Line would operate from Woodbourne/Tunbridge along same alignment as the 36B as described above to Washington Blvd and Hammonds Ferry Rd and then follow the route of the current 11 line to Beltway Business Park.
44A Line - All service will operate from Rutherford Business Park and Social Security along the current 44 alignment to Pulaski Highway and 66th St and then S/Pulaski Highway, L/Rossville Blvd and follow current route of 24 line to Franklin Square Hospital.
45A Line - Service will start at Pimlico Race Track T, exiting S/Hayward Ave, R/Eldorado into Rogers Avenue Metro Station, then exiting station, R/Eldorado Ave, R/Wabash Ave through Reisterstown Plaza Metro station, exiting R/Wabash Ave, L Patterson Ave, through Brighton Loop back to Patterson Ave, L/Patterson Ave and follow current route of 44 line Brighton branch to Cross Country Blvd and Greenspring Ave, then S/Cross Country Blvd, S/Kelly Ave, L/Falls Rd, R/Lake Ave, R/Bellona Ave, L/Northern Parkway, L/Bel Air Rd, R/Maple Ave, L/Kenwood Ave, L/Lillian Holt Drive, S/Perry Hall Blvd, R/Honeygo Blvd, L/White Marsh Park and Ride T.
50 Line - will be discontinued. Service will provide by the 15B and the 52A.
51A Line - All service will operate via Cherry Hill to Patapsco LR Station. Hollins Ferry Rd will be served by the 65A Line.
52A Line - From Bel Air Rd and Mayfield Ave terminus, S/Mayfield Ave, R/Manasota Ave, L/Erdman Ave, L/Lyndale Ave, R/Dudley Ave, R/Sinclair Lane, then follow current alignment of 5 Line Johns Hopkins branch to the Madison/Monument corridor then S/Madison St, L/Eutaw St, L/Camden St, R/Howard St, R/Conway St, L/Howard St, to Camden Station terminus. Returning via Howard St, Lombard St, Eutaw St, Center St, Monument St, Chesterfield Ave, and Cliftmont St. Short service would terminate at Lafayette and Gay.
55 Line - Changes are as follows:
- 55A Line would begin at Lutherville LR Station and operate eastbound on Ridgely Rd, R/York, Rd R/Bosley Ave, L/Allegheny Ave, S/Joppa Rd through the Towson Circle, then follow current route of 55 line to Taylor Ave and Loch Raven Ave, then S/Taylor Ave, L/Bel Air Rd, then follow current route of 55 line to Fox Ridge terminus.
- 55B Line would be the same as the 55A Line, but would travel via Marshfield Business Park Diversion.
61A Line - Service will operate from Hamburg St LR Station T, follow fire lane exit to West St and Sharp St, then S/West St, L/Leadenhall St, R/Hamburg St, L/Hanover St, R/Montgomery St, L/Light St, then follow current route of 61 line to Roland Ave and West 40th St, then L/West 40th St, R/Roland Ave, L/Northern Pkwy, R/Fall Road, then follow current route of M-10 through Falls Rd LR Station to Greenspring Station. Possible future north end extension to Timonium LR Station, via Seminary Ave, Thornton Rd, and Mays Chapel. Returning: follow same route down to Light St and Lee St, then R/Lee St, L/Charles St, R/Hughes St, L/Hanover, R/Hamburg St, S/service road entrance to parking lots, R/looping around through parking lot F to Hamburg St LR Station terminus.
61L Line - Follow route of 61A Line, but from Roland Ave and Coldspring La, go straight down University Pkwy. Does not travel on West 40th St.
64A Line - From North Linthicum LR Station terminus, exiting station L/Camp Meade Rd, S/Belle Grove Rd, L/Hanover St, then follow route of 64 line to Calvert St and Baltimore St, then L/Fayette St, R/Howard St, R/Chase St, L/ParkBiddle, S/MLK Blvd, R/Biddle St, L/Charles St, R/North Ave, R/St. Paul St to Lafayette Ave T. Returning: S/St. Paul St, R/Chase St, L/Cathedral St, R/Madison St, L/Eutaw St, L/Baltimore St, R/Light St, then follow return route to North Linthicum LR Station terminus.
65A Line - From Wagner’s Point terminus follow current 65 Line through Patapsco Light Rail Station, then exit station, L/Patapsco Ave, L/Annapolis Rd, and follow current route of 51 Lakeland Branch through Virginia Ave, McDowell La, and Hollins Ferry Rd to Cherry Hill Light Rail Station, through Cherry Hill, via the Multipurpose Center, along the current route of the 27 Line, loop through Port Covington, then exit Port Covington R/Cromwell St, R/McComas St, then through the Ft. McHenry Tunnel, to the Keith Ave exit, then R/Keith Ave, R/Clinton St, R/O’Donnell St, L/Conkling St, R/Eastern Ave, to Eastpoint terminus.
66A Line - From White Marsh Park and Ride go S/Campbell Blvd, L/Honeygo Blvd, L/Ebenezer Rd, S/Joppa Rd, through Towson Circle, S/Allegheny Ave, L/Washington, R/Pennsylvania, L/Bosley Ave, R/Towsontown Blvd, L/Osler Drive, R/Stevenson Lane, L/Charles St, R/Lake Ave, L/Falls Rd, R/.Kelly Ave, R/Greeley Ave, L/Smith Ave, S/Slade Ave, S/Milford Mill Rd, L/into Milford Mill Metro Station, exiting station L/Milford Mill Rd, R/Scotts Level Rd, R/Winands Rd, R/McDonough Rd, L/Painters Mill Rd, L/Red Run Blvd though Owings Mills Mall exiting L/Red Run Blvd, L/Painters Mill Rd, exiting L/Owings Mills Metro Station.
67 Line - Pimlico Metro Shuttle will be eliminated. Replaced by trips from routes 45, M-6, M-8 & M-10.
68 Line - will be discontinued and replaced by an M service route.
72L Line - will replace 23 line serving Howard County Court House and be an all day limited. Starting at Lexington St and Frederick St T, R/Fayette St, R/Paca St, making last local stop at Paca St and Saratoga St, then S/Paca St, L/Franklin St, making stops at MLK Blvd, Arlington Ave, Carey St, Fulton Ave, Pulaski St, Smallwood St, Warwick Ave, Franklintown Rd, Poplar Grove St, then L/Edmondson Ave, stopping at Hilton St, Allendale St, Wildwood Parkway, Athol St, Swann Ave, then making all local stops, S/Edmondson Ave, R/Baltimore National Pike, L/Rolling Rd, R/Old Frederick Rd, R/Frederick Rd, S/Main St, R/Rogers Ave, R/Brightwell Dr, L/Hickory Dr T.
77 Line - operating all day between Patapsco LR Station and Milford Mill Metro Station. From Patapsco Station T follow current route of 77 line to Old Court Metro Station then exiting station L/Old Court Rd, R/Reisterstown Rd, R/Slade Ave, S/Milford Mill Rd, L/Milford Mill Metro T.
86 Line - No change.
91 Line - Eliminated. Replaced by portions of Routes 5A, 5B, 5C, 13A, and 891.
92A Line - New Light Rail connection route starting at Hunt Valley Light Rail serving International Circle and Highland Park via Loveton. From International Circle terminus following existing route of 8 line to Hunt Valley LR Station, then continuing along route of current 8 line from Hunt Valley LR to Highland Business Park terminus.
93S Line - Identical to existing 93 Line between Lexington Market Metro-Subway Station, Oriole Park, and M&T Bank Stadium.
97S Line - Walbrook loop will be discontinued and replaced by Metro connection M buses. The Cold Spring loop will remain the same but will not access Mondawmin Metro Station. Heading back toward Mondawmin Station the bus will travel S/Liberty Heights Ave, R/Reisterstown Rd, stopping adjacent to Mondawmin Station, then R/Monroe St, L/Gwynns Falls Parkway into Druid Hill Park Zoo, then exiting Zoo onto Greenspring Ave, R/Greenspring Ave, R/Druid Park Drive, R/Clipper Rd, L/Union Ave to Clipper Mill Rd at Woodberry LR Station terminus. 105X Line - Follow 105 to Hillen Rd and Stevenson Lane then S/Hillen Rd, S/Burke Ave, S/Bosley Ave, L/Kenilworth Ave, S/Bellona Ave, R/Charles St, then follow current 105 line to Madison St and Eutaw St T.
120 Line - will be eliminated. Service will be replaced by 400 series buses, all of which will stop at White Marsh.
150 Line - will be discontinued. Service available to Howard County Government Center on 72L line and new 300 series commuter bus from Columbia Mall along Route 40 corridor.
160X Line - will follow alignment of the current 160 line from Oliver Beach to downtown Baltimore and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Fox Ridge branch will be eliminated. Passengers may use 26B. There will be a mid-day round trip from downtown to Whispering Woods and return.
M-1 Line - Bellemore Farm service eliminated. It will now be served by 66A line.

M-4 Line - Starting at Milford Mill Metro Station follow route of 66A line described above to Smith Ave and Sanzo Rd then follow route of current M-10 to Cross Country Blvd and Greenspring Ave. Then follow route of current 44 Brighton branch service to Sinai Hospital, then follow route of current 1 line to Reisterstown Rd and Liberty Heights Ave with stop adjacent Mondawmin Metro Station, then follow route of current M-16 to North Ave and Warwick Ave, then follow route of current 97 line Walbrook loop to Walbrook Junction, then follow route of current 68 line to Bernard C. Mason Apartments, then follow route current 15 line to Westview T. Returning: bus would loop around Tioga Blvd stopping on Reisterstown Rd and Liberty Heights Ave adjacent to Mondawmin Metro then R/Monroe St, L/Gwynns Falls Parkway, L/McColloh, R/Reisterstown Rd and continue on along same route to terminus at Milford Mill Metro.
M-5 Line - From Mondawmin Metro Station follow route of M-16 to Gwynns Falls Parkway and Warwick Ave then S/Gwynns Falls Pkwy, R/Clifton Ave, then follow current route of 15 to Security Square Mall.
M-6 Line - Extended from Rogers Ave Station along route of current 67 line to Pimlico Race Track.
M-7 Line - From Mondawmin Metro Station follow current route of 16 line to Gwynns Falls Pkwy and Warwick Ave the S/Gwynns Falls Pkwy, R/Windsor Mill Rd through Bernard C. Mason Apts, then follow current route of 15 line to Dickey Hill Rd and Forest Park Ave. The R/Forest Park Ave, L/into Kernan Hospital, exiting onto Windsor Mill Rd, R/Windsor Mill Rd, L/Kernan Dr, R/Dogwood Rd, then follow current route of 15 line to Rutherford Business Park T.
M-8 Line - Starting at Pimlico Race Track T, follow current route of 67 line to Rogers Ave Metro Station, then continue along current route of M-8 line to Liberty Rd and Chapman Rd and S/Liberty Rd, R/Marriottsville Rd, L/Runnymeade Rd, L/New Town Rd, R/Lakeside Blvd, L/Painters Mill Rd, then follow route of current M-17 through T. Rowe Price, Owings Mills Corporate Campus and Owings Mills Mall to Owings Mills Metro Station.
M-9 Line - No change.
M-10 Line - Would be extended from Rogers Avenue Station along the current route of the 67 Line to Pimlico Race Track.
M-11 Line - From Owings Mills Metro Station, exit station onto Painters Mills, L/Painters Mill Rd, R/Reisterstown Rd, L/St. Thomas Lane, R/Garrison Forest Rd, L/Caves Rd, then follows Cave Park Loop to current M-12 terminus.
M-12 Line - Halcyon Gate service only will remain on M-12 line. Greenwood/Villa Julie branch will become M-13. Caves Park is now served by M-11 from Owings Mills Metro Station.
M-13 Line - Greenwood/Villa Julie service of existing M-12 will now be M-13.
M-17 Line - would operate from T. Rowe Price and Owings Mills Corporate Campus through Owings Mills Metro Station and Rosewood to Business Center at Owings Mills. A.D.P. Branch of M-17 along Red Run Blvd, Franklin Blvd and I-795 would be served by M-18 Line.
M-18 Line - would operate from Old Court Metro-Subway Station to A.D.P. as follows: from Old Court Station L/Old Court Rd, L/Naylor’s La, L/ Reisterstown Rd, R/Hooks La, L/Greentree Rd, L/Cradock La, R/Reisterstown Rd, L/ Painters Mill Rd, R/Owings Mills Metro-Subway Station, then follow A.D.P. Branch of current M-17 Line to A.D.P. terminus.
Owl Service
All Owl Service, except the 813 Line, will originate at an outlying terminal. There will be common layovers for all Owl Lines, except the 813 Line, at the Arena, at 1:00 A.M., 2:30 A.M., and 4:00 A.M. As busses approach the Arena, they will make a complete circle of the Arena, and will circle the Arena again upon departing, making stops on all sides of the building, each time. Owl Service riders would be permitted to board the bus in one direction, layover, and return in the opposite direction to a point beyond where they originally boarded. If an Owl Service bus misses a transfer at the Arena, any patron who wishes may stay on board until the bus returns to the Arena, for that transfer. The last run of Owl service will be inbound.
802 Line - From Arena, NB/Park Ave, L/Fayette St, and follow route of current 2 Line to Paradise terminal.
803 Line - From Arena, follow route of proposed 3A Line to Goucher Boulevard and Taylor Avenue.

807 Line - From Arena, follow route of current 7 Line to Reisterstown Rd and Gwynns Falls Pkwy, then S/Reisterstown Rd, L/Old Court Rd, R/Old Court Metro-Subway Station terminus.
810 Line - From Arena, WB/Lombard St, L/Eutaw St, then follow route of current 10 Line to Bullneck Rd terminus.
813 Line - From North Ave and Milton Ave, WB/North Ave to Park Ave, then follow route of current 5 Line to Cloverdale Rd and McColloh St, then take Druid Hill Ave-McColloh St Corridor back to North Ave, then follow the route of the current 13 Line to Walbrook Junction terminus.
